AccuStock LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AccuStock, a Shopify inventory management application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding that data.
AccuStock collects and processes the following data from your Shopify store, solely to provide inventory management services:

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway, a cloud infrastructure provider. Railway provides encrypted storage, automated backups, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.

AccuStock uses the following third-party services to operate:

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
We retain your data for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store. Inventory adjustment history (audit trail) is retained for the lifetime of your installation to provide a complete record of stock changes.
Upon uninstallation, we process Shopify's shop/redact webhook and delete all data associated with your store, including components, variant links, stock records, audit history, and your shop record. This deletion is permanent and typically completed within 48 hours of uninstallation.
AccuStock complies with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:
customers/data_request) — We acknowledge data requests. AccuStock does not store customer personal information, so no customer data is returned.customers/redact) — We process redaction requests. Since we do not store customer personal data, no action beyond acknowledgment is required.shop/redact) — Upon store uninstallation, we delete all shop-scoped data from our database.Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

AccuStock is a business tool designed for Shopify merchants. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last updated.
